Hot Air Balloon Construction
1. Balloon: made of colorful, high temperature resistant (150 degrees Celsius), polyester Taff five-minute fabric (flame retardant) sewn, the opening uses Norminx fireproof cloth (aramide 1414).
2. Hanging basket: Woven with Indonesian imported rattan (good toughness, not suitable for section, cushioning, frame with 304 stainless steel)
3. Heating device: The burner uses 150 times the energy to burn compressed gas,Hot air balloons usually use propane or liquefied gas as fuel
Material: Aerospace-grade material, "Nylon 66" parachute fabric.(Fireproof skirt and wind)
A fireproof skirt that runs along the bottom edge of the balloon's mouth, circling the bottom. The fabric of the fireproof skirt is made of fire-retardant materials, a fireproof cloth (Kevlar fireproof cloth).(Exhaust)
There is a large exhaust port with a diameter of 5-6m at the top of the balloon, and there is an "umbrella valve" inside that can cover this exhaust port from the inside.
